REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
We truly believe in having an exceptional customer experience. All of our products are backed by a 30 days Money Back Guarantee once the product is received. That means that if you are not 100% satisfied with your order we will issue a full refund.
Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
In order to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us at email@example.com
Any cancellation requests after the 24 hour period will not be accepted. Orders still in transit can not be cancelled.
If you receive your order and it is damaged or broken, we will gladly replace your items.
Please report the damage within 5 days of receiving the item(s) by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a replacement.
At Diamond Painting Corner, we have a great team that works hard to manufacture and complete your order by hand with the highest quality. Once you place your order, our team begins the process of preparing the diamond painting.
Due to the unique nature of our diamond painting and due to logistical reasons, we do not offer refunds on orders due to change of mind, dissatisfaction, and orders that were placed by mistake.
I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE. CAN I GET A REFUND?
Packages very rarely get lost. Unless you provided us with an incorrect shipping address, they will get to their destination 99.99% of the time.
But on some rare occasions, customs will hold a package much longer than expected. For that reason, if you still did not receive your shipment within 90 business days, contact us and we will refund 100% of your order.
When your shipment finally gets to you after those 90 business days, it is yours to keep, even if we have already refunded your entire order.
